As we are entering the villa -from the independent entrance at the ground level- we come across to a large, fully-equipped living room. The living room's floor is covered with the highest quality of marble tiles.
Next to the living room, there is the dining area, with a lovely view to the swimming pool. At the fully-equipped kitchen, you can prepare any specialty you desire.
On the ground floor, there is a small guest bathroom (WC).

The villa is 100 sq. m. in size, divided into three floors.

The large centered swimming pool (96 sq.m) also consists of a Jacuzzi and a tot pool for children.
There is also a specially designed BBQ area with outdoor furniture.
